Photography

I’ve taken an interest in photography as a recreational hobby and creative outlet. I realized that I have been spending too much time behind the keyboard and reading technical books on the latest software technologies. I needed a hobby that requires me to stop and take a good look around; photography provides that.

An amateur, I fumble around learning the ins-and-outs of the camera equipment and techniques. I browse Flickr for inspiration and examples of good composition and framing trying to teach myself how to take great photographs. I’ve setup a separate photoblog as a method of documenting my progress.
